Strategic Planning Workshops

The Blinder Group will perform a review and consult on all your multimedia offerings, as well as provide insights on Web development, pricing, packaging, competitive challenges, sales incentives and methods of accountability. We can show through "best practices" how other similar media properties are garnering big dollars through all of their multimedia assets, and then assist in crafting your multimedia sales strategies.

This workshop requires an initial visit to a media company where the Blinder Group facilitates a planning workshop with local sales, online and marketing management. The purpose of this "Stakeholders' Workshop" is to review the best methods for strategic multimedia deployment, along with pricing and packaging of sales initiatives being planned. The Blinder Group will then work with local management to help craft ready to implement sales programs that will meet the needs of local sales management in creating sizable new business for the media property. These programs will be designed to significantly increase revenue over the next sixty to ninety-days and can be deployed with Blinder Group assistance with Assisted "4-legged," Sales Training/Closing Calls as part of the sales training process.

The Blinder Group facilitator will make sure that all sales programs developed will:

  • Have a timelines of specific sales cycles, so each can be deployed to impact, company wide projected revenues.
  • Be targeted to a logical, realistic "robust" potential customer base.
  • Incorporate a pricing model that creates acceptable incentives for sales performance.
  • Have an overall intrinsic benefit, beyond revenue, to help strengthen all aspects of the media company's objectives of building long-term relationships among their audience and advertisers.
